Group Fitness Classes

Yoga – Participants move through a sequence of poses focused on building strength, balance, endurance & flexibility.
Club Dance - High energy fun dance moves using popular music. A mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Aerobic interval training with fast & slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Boot Camp – High energy cardio and muscle strengthening class, consisting of push ups, ab work, squats, lunges, and wraps up with a mile run. It is a total body workout.
Step & Sculpt – A step class for all levels of experience ending with total body sculpting.
Pilates/ Body Toning – Strengthen the deep muscles of your abdomen using classic mat exercises designed to develop a powerful core, increased flexibility and overall toning of the arms and legs. Exercises are done in a fluid, precise manner with modifications shown for all ability levels. By developing core strength in this manner, many have found chronic back pain lessens or disappears. Equipment used includes: mat, bands, and ball (provided).
Private Dance Classes – Private dance instruction for all ages.

Group Fitness Instructors

Jennifer Eliason - Jennifer has taught group fitness classes since leg warmers were en vogue. She has completed certifications in ACE, AFAA, Zumba, and Yoga Fit. Jennifer currently teaches Yoga and Zumba at the club.
Brenda Winters - Brenda began teaching 8 years ago when her kids reached high school as segue into empty nesting. Her certifications include: Pilates Mat with additional training in Pilates small apparatus and Reformer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Fit. Brenda loves the camaraderie that develops in the group setting and enjoys seeing her students develop strength and endurance.
Sheila Chrisman - Sheila began teaching for both the love of exercise and the joy of seeing results in her clients. She brings over twenty years of experience along with certifications in personal training and group exercise. She currently teaches resistance training, boot camp, cardio kickboxing and yoga.
Cynthia Stafford - Originally from Kettering Ohio, Cynthia now resides in Aurora. Cynthia graduated from Butler University with a B.S. in Business and a B.A. in Dance. She received her Masters from the University of Dayton. Cynthia also worked as a professional dancer with the Dayton Ballet Company. She has 25+ years experience in the fitness industry as a groups fitness instructor and personal trainer including programs such as Reebok Step, Zumba, kickboxing and Yoga fit. She is a lifelong student and advocate of personal development and the mind/body connection. Cynthia holds certifications with AFAA and Yoga fit. She has been with our club since 2007.
Deb Griffin - Deb resides in Lawrenceburg with her husband, Don. She is a 32 year Kroger employee. Deb currently teaches Parkinson’s and Boot Camp as well as personal training at the club.
Vicky Facemyre - Vicky studied dance at Ball State University. She has over 30 years of experience teaching teams, groups, and soloists. She is the director of National Champion Showtime Dance Team. Vicky has served as past choreographer for Lawrenceburg and Lincoln High Schools. She is currently with South Dearborn High School. She serves as private and small group instructor at TAC. Vicky offers ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary.
